Amy & Will are building a 20 x 30 post and beam house with an approximate 20 x 15 loft. It has pine board siding, a full door entry basement already complete and a metal roof……Hempcrete for the walls and Wool for the ceiling/roof insulation.
The beams are 2 x 10 and they hope to leave at least 1 - 2 inches of beam revealed on the interior. They've started construction and it will go fast with all the lumber pre-cut.
